1.   What is a Policy about Cookies or Cookies Policy?

By this Policy, our Company, EMFI S.A. (the EMFI), a société anonyme incorporated under, and governed by the laws of Greece, having its registered office at Iera Odos 88, Votanikos, Athens, (Greece), provides to the users / visitors of this website, information about the use of digital trackers (hereinafter Cookies) on this website. We inform you about the definition of Cookies, the category of Cookies we install, the type of data they collect, the purpose and the recipients to whom this data may be transmitted.

Cookies are small (digital) text files that are sent from the web server to the browser of each user, in which they are stored when the user visits the website. The browser used by the user once the user has visited the site, sends the Cookie to the web server of the site. 6.   Your rights regarding your personal data

In accordance with the data protection law, when we process your personal data, you have certain rights that we need to inform you about. In any case, you have the control over the processing of your personal data, reserving your legal rights, as provided in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (art. 13 et seq. GDPR) and in the Privacy Policy & Cookie Policy of our Company. Any user, may at any time, exercise his/her rights, as provided in the GDPR and in particular Articles 12 to 23 thereof, but also the relevant national legislation [Law 4624/2019 etc.] and in particular:

The right to be informed/transparency (art. 12, 13, 14 of the GDPR) You have the right to know who is processing your data, what categories of data we are using and why.
The right of access (Art. 15 of the GDPR) You have the right to request, at any time, information about the processing of your data by the Company or even copies of your personal data that we keep. Our Company will provide a copy of the personal data upon your request.
The right to rectification (Art. 16 & 19 of the GDPR) You have the right to ask us at any time to correct the information you consider to be inaccurate. You also have the right to ask for the information you consider to be incomplete.
The right to erasure (right to be forgotten) (Art. 17 & 19 of the GDPR). You have the right to ask us to erase your personal data in some cases. You have the right to have your personal data erased under specific conditions, such as where your data is no longer necessary, you have withdrawn your consent, your data has been unlawfully processed etc.
The right to limit processing (restriction of processing) (Art. 18 & 19 GDPR) You have the right to ask us to limit the processing of your data under certain circumstances. You have the right to obtain restriction of processing where the accuracy of your personal data is contested, the processing is unlawful, the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, you have objected to automated processing.
The right to data portability (Art. 20 of the GDPR) This applies only to the data you have given us. You have the right to request that we transfer the data you have given us to another entity or to give it to you. This right can be exercised only if we process information on the basis of your consent or for the purpose of concluding or performing a contract and the processing is automated.
The right to object to processing (Art. 21 of the GDPR) Since we process your personal data. If, however, there are compelling and legitimate reasons for processing which override your rights and interests, we can reject your objection, which depends on the reason why the processing is carried out.
The right to human intervention (Article 22 of the GDPR) You have the right to object where a decision is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you.  
The right to withdraw your consent (Art. 7 par. 3 GDPR) at any time for processing based on consent. The lawfulness of your data processing is not affected by the withdrawal of consent until the point at which you requested the withdrawal.
You also have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State of your residence or your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of your personal data concerning violates the GDPR (art. 77 GDPR).
